- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Go anywhere else. They messed me up so badly, I had to refinance my house to cover back taxes. I provided all the documents and numbers and asked for advice well in advance and they still screwed up. This has been the single most stressful thing I have been through. People are rude and inept. No one ever apologized or acknowledged how badly they screwed up,ever. (Good job, Dorine) They make me so angry I am rude and that's not okay either. Own your mistake, that's all I ask. That being said, just let your 4 year old do your taxes. The results will be about the same. When I get angry and start using the "F" word, it;' not okay. When Dorine goes out of her way to NOT help me, I get angry. I will NEVER EVER do business with these people again. Stupid, incompetent and they don't care that they ruined your financial life I hate you more than words can express.By kat summerlin, August 08, 2017
